I want something, but what if I don't see it on your website?
Aling Noona is your personal shopper in Korea, so if you want an item that is not on our website, kindly drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will try our best to secure the items for you.
Please provide detailed information, and include pictures if you can, of the items that you want us to source for you in Korea.
Do you accept order reservations?
You can request to reserve an item for 24 hours, but if we do not receive a confirmation or payment, we will release the reservation and make it available again for others to purchase.
Do you accept down payments?
There are a some instances when we accept down payments to secure an order, especially when the items are for pre-order. You can place a 50% down payment for your order, and depending on the arrival date of your pre-ordered item, you will be informed when the balance will be due.
I already placed an order, when will I receive it?
All on hand items will be shipped within 2-3 business days if you opted for same day delivery. For delivery via courier, please give us 2-3 business days to prepare your package before we send via Gogo Express and JRS Express.
These are items that we have already purchased in Korea and are already in transit to PH. You may refer to each product listing for ETAs since arrival dates vary.
We will only process your pre-ordered item/s once payment is received. In some cases, we will only require a deposit for us to proceed with the order, but as a general rule, we will only secure your order once we receive your payment in full. Please note that some items can be sold out without prior notice and we will issue a full refund once this happens.
For pre-order items, we will notify you once your order has been shipped from Korea. It will take about 4 - 5 weeks before it will reach our HQ here in the Philippines to be packaged for local shipping. Since we process orders in batches, please be aware of our cut-off dates that we will indicate on our website, to ensure that your order will be included in the batch for shipment.
What if I want to cancel my order?
All orders placed are considered FINAL unless cancelled within 24 hours. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.
